How to buy?

In Friends Textile’s webshop you will find a wide range of lingerie and socks for men, women and children. Buying from our e-store is simple, convenient and secure.

Begin by selecting the products from the e-shop and save them to the shopping basket. When paying for the goods in basket, choose the delivery method, pay for the goods through a bank link or with credit card, and after the payment, be sure to click on the link „Back to the Merchant“. A confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address to confirm your purchase.

How do I find the products that I am interested in?

To find the products, make the first choice from the webshop’s header bar by selecting „Men“, „Women“, „Boys“ or „Girls“. To narrow your choice, you can move forward to the selected topic sub-page by clicking in submenu on the product category that you are interested in. You can also use filtering or the search box to find a product by typing keyword or product’s name or design number.

Click on the image for more information about the product you like, then the product page opens with the additional information. If the product is suitable for you, choose the size, color and quantity and save the product to the basket. You can then continue selecting other products or start paying for the purchase.

Adding products to the basket does not mean that you are required to buy them. To view the items you have added to your shopping basket, click the basket icon. You can freely change the content of your shopping basket: add and delete products and change quantities. Make sure to add your contact details when approving your order.

How can I pay for the purchase?

From our e-shop you can securely pay for the products through bank link in appropriate Internet bank. You can also pay with Visa, Maestro or MasterCard credit card.

We make payments safer by using 3D Secure, an authenticated payment system to improve online transaction security and encourage the growth of e-commerce payments. We do not process or store your credit card information.

All payment information, including payment link information, is transferred to the bank by Maksekeskus AS.

Where can I order and how much does it cost?

We currently ship to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

If you order goods to Omniva, SmartPOST or DPD parcel machine, the shipping fee of 2,95 euros will be added to the order sum, if the Omniva courier service, SmartKULLER service or DPD courier service is used, the shipping fee will be charged 3,95 euros regardless of the weight of the package. Shipping fee will not be added to orders over 45 euros.

How long does delivery take?

Generally the goods arrive at the parcel machine or at the address indicated in the order (if the courier service has been used) within three working days from receiving the order confirmation to your e-mail address.

What should I do if I paid for the purchase but did not receive the confirmation email?

Please inform our customer service about it by sending an e-mail to shop(at) and adding your contact details and purchase details.
